Commissioner of Posts has announced re-opening of Canton Post Office in city in temporary premises as from December 5th. No mail will be accepted for interior but otherwise normal postal functions except banking will be carried on. All mail will be carried by Japanese naval transports via Formosa and will be subject to Japanese censorship.
